Location & Visitation Policy:

We are located just off of Route 74 about three miles north of the town of Carlisle.  Shop visitation is by appointment only, so please call before you visit.  We will work with you around your schedule as we are available on evenings and weekends.

Payment Methods:

We accept Cash, Visa or Mastercard as payment.
Credit cards that are declined are subject to a fee.
Dealers can be opened on account when reviewed by the accounting department.
Bounced checks are subject to a $30.00 bank charge fee.

PA Sales Tax:

Anyone living in the state of Pennsylvania must pay 6% sales tax unless a tax exemption certificate is on file with us.

Shipping:

We ship all of our packages UPS Ground.  We can use a faster shipment method through UPS if requested.
We pride ourselves in fast shipping.  Orders will usually ship within 24 hours of receipt.

Backorders:

Our goal is to ship your order complete.  If an item is unavailable at the time of shipment, the item will be shown on the order as backordered.  The item then will be shipped to you as soon as possible.  No backorders will be cancelled unless you advise us.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you plan on returning an item, we ask that you notify us beforehand.
Returns can be made for store credit only.
Special ordered items are not subject to return.
There are absolutely no refunds on shipping charges, and the buyer is also responsible for paying the return shipping.

Pricing:

Our pricing is subject to change at anytime without notice.

Warranty:

There is no warranty, either expressed or implied, with respect to any of the products provided by Fastener Specialties.  All products and their respective parts are sold as is and with all flaws.
The user shall assume all responsibility and risks associated with the purchase or use of any products supplied by Fastener Specialties.  The user shall also determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use.
Fastener Specialties will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from the use of any of our products.
